    We use this to train your AI receptionist so it speaks in your tone of voice and handles calls the way you would.

  • Next, we connect RevSecure to your setup:

    • Main business line and/or mobiles

    • Google Calendar for live booking, rescheduling and cancellations

    • Sheets/CRM for logging every call and lead

    • SMS for instant confirmations and summaries

    Don’t have a clean setup yet?
    We can create a new Google Calendar and Sheets template for you, ready to plug straight in so you can start fresh and keep everything organised from day one.

  • Once everything’s connected, we switch your numbers over to RevSecure and start handling real calls.

    You’ll be able to:

    • See exactly what each call captured (details, tags, notes)

    • Delete or adjust anything you don’t like

    • Tell us what to change, tighten or personalise
